Mayfield understands each recruitment campaign is unique, that is why we spend time with our clients during the early stages of each assignment to understand their organisation and their expectations for the new appointment. This consultation exercise clearly establishes the search scope and selection criteria for the project. A timetable is then agreed and delivered against.

Transparent

Mayfield operates an open book policy which includes regular progress reports detailing pertinent information regarding the candidate research exercise. During the selection process Mayfield works with its clients establishing the core behaviours to be assessed and providing detailed reports once the assessments have been undertaken.

Accessible

During each assignment our clients are allocated a Project Lead who will be the main interface through-out the recruitment exercise. The Project Lead is available 24/7 partnering with their clients ensuring Mayfield is aligned with expectations, providing reassurance and clarification when required.

As a result Paul consults with his clients, working in an advisory capacity. Paul heads Mayfield’s Non-Executive search & selection service.

With over 20 years experience working in the recruitment industry, Ben has managed internal & external recruitment teams delivering high level executive appointments, crucially helping his client’s build multi-skilled management teams.
